Information you share
When you submit an order enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, city, state, PIN code, order quantity and any business name you provide. We also receive artwork and correspondence that you send directly to us.
How we use your information
We use these details to respond to enquiries, confirm customisation, fulfil orders, coordinate delivery, provide support and maintain order records. Order details are saved in our order system. After payment is verified, a complete order email is sent to PrintCraft Interior and a confirmation is sent to your email address.
Payments and service providers
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay when online payment is enabled. Do not submit card details, UPI PINs or OTPs through our enquiry form. Necessary order information may be shared with payment, email, hosting and delivery providers to complete your order. We do not sell your personal information.
Browser storage and external services
The checkout uses a session cookie to support secure order submission, local browser storage to remember your bag, and session storage to recover pending payment verification. Google Fonts may receive technical request information when fonts load. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and payment services are subject to those services’ own privacy policies.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to handle your order, support requests and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
